Questions
Is it really instant?
Yes. Your PDF is generated automatically the moment payment completes, usually within a few seconds. The download link appears on the next page and is emailed to you. If the automatic step ever hiccups, we finish your file by hand and email it within 24 hours.
Do I get to check it before I buy?
Yes. Type your text and tap Preview: you see your own cover and a sample page with your text. The buy button stays locked until you've previewed the current text, and it locks again if you change it. The PDF is printed exactly as previewed.
Is this a finished book or do we write in it?
You write in it. It is a printable fill-in journal with prompts, lines, boxes for photos and a spot for everyone in the family.
Can I bind it?
Yes. Print double-sided if you like, then staple, punch holes for a binder, or take it to a copy shop to be spiral-bound.
Can I make a second one for another family?
Yes: personalize one, tap “Add to cart,” and repeat. 3+ items in the cart get 20% off.
What names can I use?
Letters (including accents like é, ñ, ü), spaces, apostrophes, hyphens and periods, up to 14 characters per name. Titles can also have numbers and basic punctuation, up to 34 characters. We can't print trademarked characters, brand names or unkind words. If a real name trips the filter, email us and we'll make it by hand.
How do I print it?
US Letter (8.5×11″), black line art. Print at “Actual size” on plain paper (or light cardstock for markers). Print as many copies as you like for your own family.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because each file is made for one family, we can't resell or reuse it, so there are no refunds for a change of mind. If there's a typo or a problem with the file, email homy.bbj@gmail.com and we fix it free (typos within 7 days, file problems within 30 days).
